For the 2nd consecutive year attorney J. Stephen Grooms was selected to the prestigious “Super Lawyers” list as a South Carolina “Rising Star” in the field of criminal defense. This award is given to no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in South Carolina each year, and Grooms is the sole representative on this list from the Horry and Georgetown County area.
